Terms of Service & SMS Program Terms

1. About These Terms

These terms cover the website navyalab.com and the SiteFlow text message program. Both are operated by Tech Savvy 200 Inc., doing business as Navya Lab (“Navya Lab,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or agreeing to receive SiteFlow text messages, you accept these terms.

2. Website Use

Content on this website is for general information about our software and development services. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access areas that are not public. Pricing shown on the site is a starting point; any project is governed by its own written agreement.

3. SiteFlow SMS Program

Program name: SiteFlow Project Notifications.

SiteFlow sends text messages on behalf of Top Marble & Granite LLC (TMG Stone Design, Chantilly, VA) to its customers and employees about stone countertop projects. Messages cover:

• Scheduling, confirming or changing measurement, installation and follow-up visits
• Countertop and slab proposals that are ready to review and approve
• Project change approvals and updates or replies from the project team
• Job assignments for Top Marble & Granite employees

These are service messages only. The program does not send marketing or promotional texts.

4. Consent

You join the program by agreeing out loud when you give your mobile number to Top Marble & Granite, by phone, during an in-home consultation, or at the showroom. The full process and script are on our SMS Opt-In page. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.

5. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts. Because SiteFlow uses one sending number, STOP ends all texts sent through SiteFlow to your number. To join again, reply START.

8. Carriers & Delivery

Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can depend on coverage and your device.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
